BRANDORA sells a curated edit of fashion, accessories, and related goods. Descriptions and photographs are for guidance. Colour on your screen can differ slightly from the piece in hand. A piece is not reserved until your card or PayPal payment is confirmed.

Prices are shown in US dollars. The amount you pay is the price shown at checkout, including any sale price that applies at that moment. Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you pay.

If a price is clearly wrong because of a system or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund the card or PayPal payment in full. We will tell you before we do this.

When you submit an order, you are offering to buy the pieces in your bag. We accept that offer when the card or PayPal payment is confirmed and we send an order confirmation. A confirmation email means the order has been received. It does not override these terms.

We may refuse or cancel an order if a piece is no longer available, if the card payment is declined or reversed, or if we reasonably believe the order is fraudulent or mistaken. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund the same card or PayPal account.

BRANDORA accepts credit and debit cards, and payments from a PayPal account. Both are processed by PayPal. Zeetech Solutions PVT LTD is the business that receives the payment for the order.

At checkout you choose a card or PayPal. The card number and security code are entered on PayPal’s secure page. We do not see or store your full card number, card security code, or PayPal password. By paying, you also agree to PayPal’s user agreement.

The charge appears on your card or PayPal account for your BRANDORA order. The description may show PayPal together with the merchant name held for Zeetech Solutions PVT LTD. If a card is declined, the payment is pending, or PayPal reverses it, we may hold the order until it is confirmed, or cancel it if confirmation does not arrive.

You confirm that you are allowed to use the card or PayPal account you pay with. A refund, when one is due, is sent back to that same card or PayPal account. The detail is on our Refund Policy page.

Delivery options, timing, and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We dispatch after the card or PayPal payment is confirmed. Risk in the goods passes to you when the carrier delivers them to the address you gave us.

For international orders, import duty and similar charges may be collected in your country. Those charges are yours unless checkout states that they are included. Please give an address where the parcel can be received.

Returns and refunds to your card or PayPal account are covered by our Refund Policy. That policy is part of these terms. A return must be requested within 14 days of delivery, and the piece must be unused, with its tags and packaging.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password private. Tell us if you believe someone else has used it. We may close an account that is used to break these terms, misuse a card, or misuse the store.

You may use this website to browse and to buy. You may not copy the site, interfere with checkout, submit false orders, or use a card or PayPal account you are not allowed to use. Product text and images belong to their owners and may not be reused without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs holds, a card-network or PayPal outage, or a failure of your own device. We are not liable for indirect loss arising only from use of the website.

We may update these terms as the store changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. The terms in force when you pay apply to that order.
